entry one

I swear I’m going to try and keep an online journal. I’ve seen so many good ones, I want to try it. I have so little life right now (work work work), it probably won’t be very interesting. On the other hand, I’m pretty opinionated, so the bitching will keep you occupied…

    I did it.

I have read your entire journal, starting here and reading every entry you have imported thus far. Thank you for not blocking me, even if the term “obsessive stalker” crossed your mind at any time during the past week.

I have mentioned before that you are absolutely fascinating. I hate to be redundant, or repetitive, but I am at a loss for words. Three-and-a-half years of your life is a pretty intense experience to squeeze into a week. I need most of what I have keeping things together here, but what mojo I can spare will be coming your way on a regular basis, if you don’t mind my becoming a regular visitor.

Your design is fantastic, everything works (except that some of your internal archival links are dead), and it impresses me to no end. My place is a bit more austere, as I still work with notepad, but I keep it that way for a reason. I thought it only fair that I should invite you over to my place after the hospitality you have shown. There isn’t much to see, but my mind and heart are there, and I may be discussing some of the things you have made me think about in the next few weeks. I will make sure to attribute and link as appropriate.

We will most likely never meet, and you may never know who I am, but somewhere in the world, someone is thinking highly of you, and I figure that’s worth knowing.

    E.

That’s the same thing that brings me here. I’ve become increasingly intrigured by what I see, and I feel like I need to go back to the start to learn more.

Might (will) take me more than a week to work through it, as there is now about six years worth.
